We had a party here and it was a great experience! The staff was nice and accommodating. The party room was very clean and the pool was perfect! The pool area is also very clean and didn’t have a strong chlorine smell which we really liked. The kids had such a great time on all of the slides! The hot tub wasn’t working unfortunately, which the kids were disappointed about but quickly forgot about it due to there being so many other options in the pools!

This is a good hotel. It is a great value for price, and you should probably book it. There are just a couple things I wish I knew going into it. The front desk attendants were wonderful at addressing any questions or concerns immediately. The reason for the low score is that there did seem to be an issue with cleanliness. Our room had stains on the couches, mysterious white goop down the end table, and stains on the comforters. Once I brought up the issue the night manager was immediate to get us into a new room. And this new room was spotless! So it's not that it is old, or dingy. It just seems that they are inconsistent with their cleaning. Breakfast area, great... pool area... dirt and rust built up along the walls and corners. And again, once it was brought to their attention, the staff was quick to address the issue and fix it. I just wish they could address the issues BEFORE we encounter them.

I’ve stayed here before and never had a problem. But from the second I checked in to this hotel I felt discriminated against. The woman Janessa at the front desk checked us in when I got there and was rude from the beginning. We had multiple families staying at this hotel and enjoy using the pool. However this time, I couldn’t even swim because the chlorine was so intense just being in the pool room never mind in the pool. Multiple of kids had rashes on their bodies due to the chlorine. When I complained at the front desk she didn’t care. She was making excuses and didn’t want to hear it. However two other people from our group checked out after me complaining of the same issue and got discounts on their rooms. Tell me that’s not discrimination at its finest. I come here every New years and never had an issue. This will be my last time, the lack of professionalism is extremely disappointing.

We really love this place for the room styles and pool area for quick getaways for the kids. Kitchenettes with ovens, full size fridge and dishwasher always nice. Pool area has a toddler pool that goes up to 2 feet with a small slide and water feature. Large pool goes a good deepness at around 5 ft or a little more and has 2 dolphin slides. Breakfast is great with hot and cold items with staff attentive of how much food is out and front desk staff are nice and helpful. My friend scraped her ankle in the pool area and the front desk man was kind enough to help patch her up.

This hotel is ok but not bad. The rooms are clean, the provided breakfast is great, and the service is nice. Pool area has waterslides and a shallow pool for young kids but is really loud and echoey. Hard to hear what's going on. Kitchenette in the room has a very small sink. No garbage disposal so was concerned about clogs. Full sized fridge and stoce was a plus. Overall the rooms just seem old and could use some updating.

We booked this hotel for the pool since the kids wanted to swim and we were not disappointed! The room was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I was excited that the freezer had an ice maker and I was able to connect to my Netflix on the tv. The pool has quite a few features and the temperature was just right! Large hot tub, again good temp. The area in the back by the pool has grills and seating as well as a basketball court. They’re pet friendly too! Breakfast was well maintained and very clean. Nice hot food options and plenty of items to choose from. Overall we will stay here again!

Staff was fantastic. Our shuttle bus didnÂ¿t show up, so they called us a Lyft and got us to our appt in plenty of time. Pool and kiddie pool were fantastic.
